Pertemps are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and modern warehouse operation in Severn Beach, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time employment with regular day shifts, full training provided, and a clean, well-maintained working environment.

• Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)

• Day shift pattern rotation:
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• Monday to Friday working week
• Weekly pay every Friday

The Role

Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, your duties will include:

• Picking bulk store orders
• Shrink-wrapping pallets and stock
• Using hand-held scanners
• Operating pump trucks
• Unloading deliveries
• Stock rotation and replenishment
• Quality control and stock checks
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Sweeping and maintaining a clean work area
• Manual handling, lifting and moving stock throughout the shift
• Full training will be provided, and no previous warehouse experience is required.

• Are physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Have good communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Have strong attention to detail
• Can accurately read product descriptions and codes
• Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Are enthusiastic and work well as part of a team
• Are comfortable being on their feet and walking long distances during a shift
• Live locally or have their own transport, as public transport is not available for these shift times
