Required Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring to theHive As A Nursery Practitioner
Level 3(or above)qualification in Early YearsEducation
Provenexperience working withchildren under 5 anda genuine passion for earlychildhood education
Strongcommunication skills—able to connect with children,parents, and colleagues
Excellentorganisational abilities—keeping learningenvironments structured yet exciting
