We are working with an established childrens residential care provider with a strong and consistent track record, currently operating Ofsted-rated Good homes and continuing to develop their services.
Their existing homes support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), with a new home for EBD and Learning Disabilities (LD) currently progressing through registration.
They are now looking for experienced Team Leaders to join their existing services, with the opportunity for successful candidates to potentially transition into the new home as it opens.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will provide strong day-to-day leadership within the home, supporting the Manager to ensure young people receive consistently high-quality care.
You will lead by example, support and guide Residential Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, and help maintain a safe, structured and nurturing environment for the young people.
