We are looking for someone who thrives on variety and wants to be a key part of a growing team where their contribution is genuinely felt every single day.One day you could be overseeing warehouse operations, the next you are handling a customer escalation or making outbound sales calls to build new business relationships. No two days will be the same, and that is exactly the point.What You’ll Be DoingOperationsOverseeing the day-to-day running of warehouse operations and being the go-to person when issues are flagged by staffHolding warehouse operatives to a high standard ensuring quality of work, accuracy of orders, and that every customer receives their goods on time and in perfect conditionResolving operational problems on the ground from WMS system queries through to getting hands on with picking and packing as and when requiredManaging daily collections with our courier partners to ensure smooth outbound fulfilmentLiaising with suppliers to coordinate incoming stock, managing logistics and ensuring stock levels are maintained in line with forecasted demandCustomer ServiceAnswering customer calls and emails, acting as a senior point of contact for queries and complaintsServing as the escalation point for our customer service advisors supporting them with complex product questions and difficult situationsDeveloping a strong understanding of our full HVAC and LED Lighting product range full training will be provided so you can confidently answer both customer and staff queriesSalesMaking regular outbound sales calls to build and maintain relationships with existing customers and regular buyers, encouraging new and repeat businessIdentifying opportunities to upsell and introduce customers to new products within our rangeHelping to list and manage new product listings across our sales platforms where requiredContributing fresh ideas to help drive sales growth as the business continues to expandWhere This Role Can Take YouThis is a role with real upward trajectory.
