What you’ll be doing
- Taking full responsibility for a specific project from contract signature to handover
- Owning health, safety and welfare at site level no passing it up the chain
- Overseeing the full commissioning process against the employer’s requirements
- Working with the Quantity Surveyor to keep costs, variations and reporting on track
- Managing the client relationship directly, including handover and after-care
Where you’ll be doing it
This business has been delivering mechanical and electrical building services for the last forty years, working across the UK and Ireland from offices across the UK and Ireland. Their ethos is built on collaboration, ownership and delivery which matters, because on a project like this, all three get tested for real.
What you’ll need
- HND or equivalent in a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar contracts management role
- Solid knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
- Confidence leading a team and delegating without losing control of the detail
