As Managing Director, you will partner directly with the Founder to scale this sustainable consumer brand into a market leader. You will own the P&L and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and finance. Your mission is to translate a bold creative vision into operational excellence, driving profitable growth while building a world-class organisation.

What You Will Do

• Lead day-to-day business operations and own the P&L to drive sustainable, profitable growth across all departments.
• Translate long-term brand vision into clear operational plans, budgets, and KPIs for the senior leadership team.
• Scale the global supply chain and internal systems to support expansion into new markets and product categories.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record leading a fast-growing consumer or DTC business through significant scale, ideally from £2m to £20m+ revenue.
• Strong commercial and financial instincts with experience managing complex P&Ls and building high-performing organisational cultures.
• A strategic thinker with a bias for action who can challenge leadership ideas to ensure the best business outcomes.
