Commercial & Contracts Officer – Housing (Company Car)

Mears Group PLC is seeking a Commercial Officer to join our Birmingham-based team. You will support the Commercial & General Manager in maintaining commercial control and delivering accurate reporting across housing property contracts, with a focus on cost control, quality, and compliance.

You will also manage and develop Commercial Assistants, driving best-in-class commercial practices while delivering value for money and excellent customer service.
