Part-Time Head of Operations — HR, IT & Facilities Lead

Sound Minds in London seeks a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day operations, including facilities, IT, HR, safety, governance and reporting. The role is 28 hours per week and predominantly on-site at 20-22 York Road, SW11, with occasional home-working as agreed with the CEO.

You will deputise for the CEO as required. Reporting to the CEO, the post will help manage budgets, safeguarding duties, staff and volunteer supervision, and external stakeholder relationships.
