Head of Business Intelligence – £125k-£140k + 20% bonus – Insurance – London/South Coast hybrid
La Fosse have partnered with a leading insurance outfit, driving forward the importance of data across the organisation and now looking to bolster their SLT with a Head of BI.
You will have come from a hands‑on business intelligence background (Power BI), having now moved into a strategic role where you’ve managed individuals through a sustained period of significant transformation, multiple offices, locations, and geographies (ideally including managing managers and overseas teams).
You will also have a proven record of influencing and advising senior stakeholders, shaping how top‑class BI can drive faster and better business decisions.
This is a real opportunity to make an impact in a growing function with a lot of greenfield projects, not BAU.
Insurance experience isn’t essential, however experience of working in a regulated industry would be of advantage.
Multiple offices in the South of England and happy to consider multiple locations.
