Yorkshire Young Musicians is seeking an inspirational and experienced Head to lead the organisation into an exciting phase of development and expansion. The role encompasses strategic and operational leadership, working with the Board, families, tutors and partners to extend reach and secure long-term sustainability.

The Head will drive recruitment, student support, enrichment and progression while managing budgets, safeguarding and governance to ensure high-quality provision for young musicians
