Senior Service Delivery Lead, CaaS & Customer Growth

Convergence Group in Solihull is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure our customers receive outstanding service in the Connectivity as a Service era.

You will act as the voice of the customer, lead service performance reviews, manage escalations, and work with sales, delivery and tech teams to identify opportunities and drive growth. Hybrid working, three days in the Solihull office and flexible core hours are offered.
