Investment Banking VP Tech/Consulting Services

We are working with a leading specialist M&A advisory firm that has had a very strong 2025/2026, looking to hire a VP level into its Tech and Services M&A team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Build and review financial models and valuation analysis
• Manage client relationships and support origination across consulting and IT services
• Prepare client materials and presentations

Requirements:

• 3 – 8 years’ Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / M&A Advisory experience
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Experience across M&A, ideally within consulting, professional services, IT services or software
• Excellent communication and client relationship management
