Windchill PLM Support Specialist — Incident & Ops Leader

Percall Group is seeking a PLM Support Consultant to strengthen our Windchill team for a large-scale international defense project. You will be responsible for support, operations, and continuous improvement in critical environments. This role is primarily on-site with possible remote work depending on operations.

You will analyze and resolve incidents, deploy fixes, and ensure backups, upgrades, and security compliance while maintaining SLA commitments. Defence security clearance is required.
