HR & Administration Lead – Hospitality (Pre-Opening, UK)

Japanese hospitality company is seeking a Japanese-speaking Head of Human Resources and Administration based in Heathrow to lead HR strategy, recruitment, and operational support for a hotel opening and ongoing operations.

You will oversee governance, learning and development, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, while coordinating with global HQ and external partners. Fluent English required and experience in hospitality a plus.
