Hybrid Resident Insights & Service Improvement Officer

Enfield Council is seeking a Feedback, Learning and Insight Officer to amplify the voice of residents and drive service improvement within the Housing & Regeneration Service. You will capture and analyse resident feedback from surveys, focus groups, feedback channels and enquiries to inform strategy and improve Council Housing.

You will champion continuous learning, translate insights into actionable intelligence, and work across the Housing and Regeneration Service to support decision making
