Infrastructure Engineer – 3rd-Line Platform Reliability

ANS Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support our core platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and peak performance for our customers across our multi-tenant environment.

You’ll act as a 3rd-line escalation point for the eCloud platform, drive complex issue resolution with vendors, perform regular patching, firmware upgrades and health checks, and document processes to improve reliability.
