Hybrid (2-3 days office)

• -Amazon Connect
• -AWS Lambda
• -NodeJS

Good to Have Skills:

• – Terraform
• – TypeScript

Detailed skill set:

• – Amazon Connect instance setup & configuration
• – Contact flow & IVR design (inbound/outbound routing)
• – Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• – AWS DynamoDB
• – AWS S3
• – API integrations

Main Responsibilities:

• – Lead the amazon connect development. Own the full responsibility of delivering the User stories end to end.
• – Daily work on User stories design and deployment task.
