Esland is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead our Brambles home, a Three bed service for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex needs. You will guide high‑quality care, drive compliance, and mentor a dedicated team in a nurturing environment.

Based in Melton Mowbray, you will ensure Ofsted readiness, manage regulatory expectations, and deliver positive outcomes for young people within a supportive, values-driven culture. This role is full-time, with enhanced development opportunities.
