R&D Analytical Chemist – GC-MS/LC-MS Lab (Food Safety)

PepsiCo R&D is seeking an R&D Analytical Laboratory Chemist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Leicester. You will join the Measurement Sciences team, performing analytical testing related to food safety and supporting method development and validation in a fast-paced lab.

The role requires GC-MS/LC-MS proficiency, ISO 17025 experience, and hands-on use of LIMS, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. You will train new technicians and help ensure quality management compliance.
