The Transplant Specialist Nurse at Bristol NHS Foundation Trust will provide expert clinical leadership and specialist nursing care for patients undergoing kidney transplantation, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the transplant pathway.

You will lead nurse-led services and work with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes, promote best practice, and support service development within renal transplantation, including outpatient clinics and education.
