Lean Production Leader | Drive Operational Excellence

Pilgrim’s Europe in Carrickmacross is seeking a Production Group Leader to drive operational excellence across the production stream. You will lead a cross-functional team and ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

You will apply Lean Manufacturing principles, optimise labour, manage maintenance activities, and deliver site improvement projects with strong people leadership and data-driven decision making.
