Technical Account Manager & AI Solutions Architect

Gravitee is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale. You will guide production, drive value through QBRs and roadmaps, and act as a technical thought leader who sustains adoption and growth across global customers.

You will engage in architecture guidance, security practices, and advisory deliverables while travelling 1–2 times per month to customer sites and collaborating with multiple Gravitee teams.
