Job Description:
BRUSH Group is seeking a legal contracts specialist with experience in the UK construction, energy, renewables or utilities sectors. You will lead on sales and purchasing contract reviews and negotiations, working closely with sales, commercial operations and other legal support across BRUSH businesses.
The role requires handling NEC/JCT forms, drafting templates, bid input, dispute settlements, debt recovery and IP/insurance matters, reporting to the Group Legal Director.
