Residential Property Solicitor — Flexible Conveyancing & Growth

Alford & Bishop Legal Recruitment Consultants are recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor for our London client. You will manage a varied conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

2 years PQE is preferred; NQ with two years paralegal residential property experience will be considered. Strong technical ability and a proactive approach to client relationships and business development are important in this role.
