Night Shift Production Lead — KPI & Quality Champion

Gregory Walker Associates in North Dorset is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead Production and Packing on the night shift, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with food safety and quality requirements.

The role requires coordinating line start-ups, supporting training and coaching of staff, and managing absence to maintain production output while driving KPI performance and ensuring HACCP/BRC compliance.
