Community Health Admin & Coordination (Flexible 7‑Day Service)

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Community Hub Coordinator to support Community Nursing and Therapy teams across Coalville Health Centre and Legion House. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage electronic patient records in SystmOne, handle referrals, tasks and data entry, and assist with audits and equipment monitoring.
