Wenzel’s the Bakers is recruiting an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a busy store, train and support the team, and ensure high quality, fresh food and excellent customer service. You will assist with day-to-day operations, manage deliveries, stock and displays, and drive sales while minimizing waste and maintaining hygiene standards.

The role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 per year with a 39-hour work week, and opportunities for development through training and apprenticeship schemes.
