Site Minor Works Project Lead — 12-Month Contract

BRE is seeking an experienced Site Minor Works Manager to lead a portfolio of estates-related projects at the Watford site. You will manage the full lifecycle from scoping through commissioning, coordinating with operations, technical specialists and contractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You will use your project management, procurement and risk skills to drive value, maintain governance, and improve site resilience while ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
