Pioneer Selection is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager in London to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Materials Recovery Facility. Based in Wandsworth, you will oversee a ~11-person team, drive safety standards and ensure efficient processing of MRF materials.

You will manage production, quality and compliance while liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders; a hands-on leader comfortable on-site is essential for success.
