Channel Development Lead – Regional Growth & Partners

Lely Atlantic Ltd. (UK & IRL) seeks a DCD Manager to lead channel development and strategic growth across the UK and Ireland. The role combines strategic planning with operational oversight to grow the distribution network and ensure alignment with international standards.

You will partner with Lely Centers, Franchise partners and internal teams to drive market expansion, investigate new opportunities, and supervise performance through KPI-driven reviews. Hybrid work with travel is expected.
