Resort F&B Manager & On-Floor Leader

Butlin’s in the United Kingdom is looking for passionate, energetic Managers and Supervisors to lead our restaurants, bars and dining venues across the resort. You’ll develop people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

In this role you’ll deliver induction, on‑the‑job coaching and training, set daily objectives for Shift Managers, ensure safe, friendly service and consistent product quality, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture in line with Butlin’s values.
