Facilities Operations Team Lead

Raymond James UK is seeking a Facilities Services & Post Room Coordinator to support the Head of Facilities Services in delivering efficient, high‑quality operational services across head office and regional locations. You will manage mail, prepare meeting rooms, maintain service logs, respond to internal requests, and liaise with Royal Mail and providers.

You will also administer the P2P system to support procurement of office supplies and services.
