Site Operations Lead – Food Safety, Audits & Performance

Ecowize – Southern Africa is seeking an experienced operations manager to coordinate all site functions and ensure daily delivery of a food-safe operation.

You will lead inspections, audits, and continuous customer feedback, own root cause analysis, and run weekly hygiene and safety meetings. The role also covers site budgeting, stock control, documentation, internal audits, and handling HR queries.
