Duty Manager, Leisure Centre — Lead Service & Team

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the highest levels of service across our leisure centres. You will manage and develop a team, maintain a friendly, clean and safe environment for customers, and support training and progression opportunities.

The role requires RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, people management experience, and flexibility to cover a 37-hour week across a rota pattern. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.
