Assistant Shop Manager — Lead Retail & Community Hub

Mind Retail is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and the wider shop team, including volunteers, to deliver sales and profit targets.

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running in the Shop Manager’s absence and uphold Mind’s values through excellent customer service.
