Area Supervisor: Field Operations Leader (Company Vehicle)

SBFM is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to lead field-based service delivery across Swindon and surrounding areas. Regular travel between sites is required to support contracts and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage frontline operatives, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive consistent service quality while coordinating with Regional Operations Managers and Account Managers. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a full driving licence are essential.
