Offender Rehabilitation & Community Liaison Co-ordinator

Warwickshire Police in Rugby is seeking an Integrated Offender Management Co-ordinator to oversee community-based offender management within the IOM framework. You will work with local and partner agencies to reduce offending and deliver tailored rehabilitation solutions.

The role requires strong risk assessment, multi-agency collaboration, and the ability to manage complex caseloads, including home visits and evidence gathering for prosecutions. A full-time, permanent contract is offered.
