Parts Operations Leader – Auto Dealership

Listers Group in Solihull is recruiting a Parts Supervisor for our MG Dealership. The role runs Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, with one in four Saturdays 9am–1pm.

The salary includes a £31,000 basic and a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £36,000, and you’ll be part of a team that supplies MG parts to the public, trade customers and our workshops. You’ll manage day-to-day running of the department, including trade parts sales, internal retail, and workshop supply, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
