Customer-Focused Business Support Officer

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a part-time Business Support Officer to join our Family Time and Conference Service. You will support reception operations, handle customer enquiries in person and by phone, and help allocate and prioritise work for the Business Support Assistants.

You will manage rosters, raise purchase orders, handle invoices, and maintain children’s records. A friendly, proactive team player is essential to deliver high-quality service.
