Head of Employment Legal – Financial Services

Santander UK is seeking a Managing Legal Counsel – Employment Legal based in our London office. You will lead the Employment Legal team, providing strategic, business-focused advice on significant employment matters across the group.

You’ll develop a high-performing team, advise Executives and the Board, and oversee contentious matters including litigation, investigations and TUPE. A strong background in UK financial services employment law and governance is essential.
