Chief Data & Analytics Leader

ADS Group Limited is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to steer the data strategy across ADS Group and Farnborough International. You will lead a modern enterprise data platform, establish governance, and enable self-service analytics for decision-making across the business.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical delivery, overseeing data architecture, analytics roadmap and AI initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders to maximise business impact.
