Real Estate Debt & Portfolio Strategy Associate

Circle Square is seeking an Associate to join its portfolio management team overseeing debt and value-add strategies across Europe. The role provides front-to-back exposure to fund performance, investor communications, and strategic initiatives within a lean, high-visibility environment.

You will build asset models, forecast performance, and support fundraising activities on a real estate-focused platform, collaborating with fund managers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
