Head of HR Operations – Lead HR Excellence Across 14 Schools

The 3-18 Education Trust seeks an influential Head of HR Operations who will lead and continuously develop a high‑performing HR service across our family of 14 schools. You will partner with school leaders and the Director of People to shape the People Strategy and deliver initiatives that improve employee experience and culture.

You will champion employment law, advise senior leaders, and drive HR projects from design through delivery, with plans to expand the HR team in 2026–2027.
