EMEA Demand Planning Manager — Lead Forecasting (Hybrid)

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced EMEA Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning function across Europe, UK, Middle East and Africa. You will own end-to-end forecasting and drive consensus forecasts to support growth and financial objectives.

You will manage a team of seven, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, and embed S&OP governance, forecasting standards and continuous improvement across the region.
