Head of Design, Building Fabric & Fire Safety (London)

Harmony Fire is seeking a Head of Design in London to lead the Building Fabric Pre-construction design function. You will set technical standards across passive fire, fire doors, firestopping and broader building fabric works, building a scalable design process and team.

You will act as the senior technical design authority, ensure compliance with Building Safety Act and BS standards, and collaborate with pre-construction, procurement, and delivery teams to win and deliver high-quality projects.
