Senior Renewable Energy Finance Counsel (London/Bristol)

Achuman Capital, on behalf of a leading law firm, seeks a Lawyer to join its Renewable Energy Finance team in London or Bristol. You will advise lenders, sponsors and market participants on complex energy financing transactions.

The role focuses on construction, operational and development financings, acquisition facilities and mezzanine financing with drafting and negotiating LMA facility agreements and related security docs. PQE 3-8 years; excellent salary and career progression.
