Senior Java Contractors

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Java Developers to join a high-performing technology team on an initial 12-month contract.

Contract: 12 months

Location: London – 2 days per week onsite

About the role

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and delivering high-quality Java applications within a complex, enterprise-scale environment. You’ll work closely with other engineers, architects, product teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

• Strong commercial experience with Java
• Proven experience working as a Senior Java Developer
• Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Strong knowledge of automated testing and software engineering best practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working within large-scale or enterprise technology environments
• 12-month engagement with a major organisation
• Hybrid working – just 2 days per week in London
