Strategic SME — Children’s Social Care Transformation

Hertfordshire County Council in Stevenage is recruiting a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Children’s Social Care to guide the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and shape future service delivery models. The role is a 12‑month fixed term/secondment opportunity requiring strong leadership and expert knowledge.

You will work with senior leaders to map current services, develop operating models, and ensure the voice of children, young people and families informs programme outputs.
