Regional Manager: Publican Partners (Salisbury & New Forest)

Stonegate Group is seeking a Regional Manager for Salisbury and the surrounding New Forest area to support a number of publicans and their businesses within the Core L&T Division. You will develop and implement a robust regional strategic plan designed to increase whole pub profit, improve publican profitability, and drive regional like-for-like income.

The role requires recruiting and developing capable publicans while maintaining high property standards across leased and tenanted pubs.
