Strategic Leader for Children’s Social Care Transformation

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Children’s Social Care to lead and shape future service delivery within the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). Based in Stevenage, you will work with senior leaders to design operating models and ensure services reflect the needs of children, young people and families.

You will bring extensive Children’s Social Care leadership experience, statutory knowledge, and a collaborative, strategic approach to transformation.
